Sagax Sells Bonds Worth SEK3 Billion

03:51 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AB Sagax (SAGA-D.ST) issued 3 billion kronor of bonds in three tranches and an initial interest rate of 3.4%, according to a Thursday release. The property company sold 750 million kronor of bonds with maturities of 2 years and 3.3 years, respectively, and a five-year bond worth 1.5 billion kronor. Proceeds from the bonds, issued under Sagax's euro medium-term note program, will be used in line with the company's green finance framework.
