03:57 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Panthera Resources (PAT.L) raised 2.7 million pounds sterling through a placement and subscription of new ordinary shares. The gold exploration and development company will issue 15,362,780 new ordinary shares at 0.175 pound apiece, according to a Thursday release. The net proceeds will be used to finance corporate overheads, legal and advisory expenses, arbitration costs, general working capital, and to bolster the company's balance sheet.
