04:28 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tapir Holdings (TAPH.L) said Thursday it plans to launch an open offer of 15 million pounds sterling of new shares to raise fresh funds for future investments and for ongoing working capital needs. The African real estate-focused investment holding company will direct the offer to qualifying shareholders at 0.40 pound per new share. The offer will open on Sept. 30, with an underwriting commitment from the company's chair and largest shareholder.
