04:38 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Renalytix (RENX.L) said Thursday it conditionally raised 10.1 million pounds sterling through an oversubscribed placing of 168,366,151 shares priced at 0.06 pound each. The precision medicine diagnostics company will issue 109,082,253 shares under the first tranche of the placing, alongside 57,729,741 conversion shares to Heights Capital Management. Renalytix intends to issue up to 8,583,333 shares in the second tranche of the placing, together with 52,792,950 subscription shares. The company also intends to raise up to 1 million pounds through a retail offer during the second tranche by issuing up to 16,666,667 shares. The first and second tranche shares are expected to commence trading on the London bourse on Sept. 8 and Sept. 29, respectively.
