05:15 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SmartCraft (SMCRT.ST) acquired construction software company Ground Up Software and its cloud-based cost control platform LiveCosts to strengthen its business in the UK and Ireland. The transaction has a total enterprise value of 8.5 million euros, comprising an upfront payment of 6.2 million euros and a deferred payment of 2.3 million euros tied to performance targets until the end of 2029, according to a Thursday release. The acquisition is expected to bring an additional 1.8 million euros in annual recurring revenue for the software solutions and services company.
