According to the Zhitong Finance App, Nassen Technology (02261) announced that the stable price period for the global sale ended on September 3, 2026 (Thursday) (that is, the 30th day after the application deadline for the Hong Kong public sale).

The overall coordinator (for himself and on behalf of the international underwriter) has confirmed that the international offering did not overallocate H shares. As a result, no over-allotment rights were exercised and expired on September 3, 2026 (Thursday). Therefore, the Company does not and will not issue any H shares based on over-allotment rights.

The Company was advised by the Stable Price Operator that the Stable Price Operator, its affiliates, or any person acting on its behalf did not take any price stabilization actions for the global sale during the price stabilization period.

Immediately after the end of the price stabilization period, the Company has complied with and will continue to comply with the public shareholding requirements under section 19A.28B (1) of the Listing Rules.
