05:51 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Terveystalo (TTALO.HE) secured the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's approval for its planned acquisition of dental care and dental laboratory services provider Hohde Group, according to a Thursday release. The Finnish private healthcare services company has agreed to sell its private dental care operations in Savonlinna, Mikkeli, and Seinäjoki as a condition for the regulatory approval. The company will sell the operations to Emal Hammaslääkärit in October. The Hohde Group deal is expected to close on Friday.
