06:12 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jadestone Energy (JSE.L) said Thursday that Indonesian oil and gas company PT Prima Petroleum Energi acquired a 28.3% stake in the company. Tyrus Capital-managed Tyrus Capital Special Situations Master Fund, SICAV-RAIF, TC Six, and TC Special Private Equity Opportunities IV sold 154,094,444 ordinary shares in the London-listed upstream production and development company as part of the transaction. Tyrus Capital no longer holds Jadestone shares following the sale.
