06:52 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Omda (OMDA.OL) said Thursday it issued 700 million-krona senior secured bonds with a four-year tenor. The bond has an annual floating interest rate equal to the three-month Stockholm interbank offered rate plus 337.5 basis points. The Norwegian healthcare and emergency software company earmarked net proceeds from the oversubscribed bond offering to refinance its outstanding bond of 500 million Norwegian kroner and fund general corporate expenditures, including acquisitions.
