Pursuant to Section 29 of the Greenlandic Securities Trading Act, the BANK of Greenland hereby announces that it has received notification that Kim Pedersen directly holds 90,303 shares and that his wholly owned company, immoinvest.dk ApS, holds 98,647 shares. Accordingly, Kim Pedersen directly and indirectly holds a total of 188,950 shares in GrønlandsBANKEN, corresponding to 10.5% of the share capital and voting rights.
