10:30 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Commerzbank (CBK.F) will launch a new share buyback of up to 1.2 billion euros as part of its capital return plans for 2026. The German lender will buy back shares from Friday until no later than Feb. 10, 2027, according to a Thursday release. The repurchased shares will be canceled at a later stage.
