Greysteel arranged the $18.1 million sale of Cudahy Commons, a 142-unit multifamily property at 2810 E. Edgerton Avenue in Cudahy, Wisconsin, a Milwaukee submarket.

Greysteel represented the seller, a private investor. Peak Capital acquired the asset. The assignment was led by BJ Connolly, Senior Managing Director and head of the Midwest Multifamily team, with Doug Banerjee, Senior Managing Director of the Dallas Multifamily team, and Ryan Carter, Senior Director.

The property attracted interest from capital sources focused on stabilized multifamily housing. “This well-located property generated strong interest from buyers targeting stabilized assets in the Milwaukee market,” said Connolly. “The deal is consistent with what we are seeing in our mid-year pulse: private capital actively seeking yield and cash flow in Midwest assets they can underwrite on a stabilized basis.” The renovated apartment home community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.
