Colliers completed a 67,040-square-foot industrial lease at 4780 Winchester Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland. Executive Vice Presidents Thomas Gentner, Brian Siegel and Jason Sullivan represented the landlord in the transaction.

The new tenant, Senneca Holdings, Inc., is a manufacturer of data center containment solutions, specialty doors, and space separation systems.
