PETALING JAYA: Alam Maritim Resources Bhd has appointed Datuk Aloysius Albert Michael as its senior strategic adviser effective Sept 3, 2026.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Aloysius’ role will be to assist the board of directors on matters relating to business strategy, corporate development, operational performance, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other strategic initiatives.

A substantial owner of Alam Maritim with 12.436% interest, his vast industry experience and strategic insight are expected to support the group’s long-term growth.

Aloysius is also currently the chief executive officer of Alam Maritim’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Subsea Worldwide Solutions Sdn Bhd.
