American Outdoor Brands posted revenue of $37.25 million for the quarter, beating the estimated $35.64 million by 4.53%. Revenue increased 25.4% year-over-year.

GAAP net loss narrowed to $1.5 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, from a $6.8 million loss a year earlier. Non-GAAP net income was $415,000, versus a $3.3 million loss last year.

Management kept its full-year net sales guidance unchanged at $200 million to $210 million.

It raised its Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $14.5 million to $17.5 million.
