01:31 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aevis Victoria (AEVS.SW) said Friday that 1 million shares were placed at 12.40 francs per share with a long-term institutional fund for 12.4 million francs. A former board member and a non-executive director of the investment company placed the shares on Thursday. The transaction does not have a dilutive effect on existing shareholders as no new shares were issued.
