02:30 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Drone Volt (ALDRV.PA) raised 2.4 million euros by issuing 6,724,178 new shares, each accompanied by a stock option, at 0.35 euros each. The drone maker said Friday it will use the proceeds to bolster its financial structure, support its research and development activities, and help pursue targeted acquisitions.
