02:42 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metals One Plc (MET1.L) said Friday it raised 4 million pounds sterling from the Yorkville Advisors Global-managed fund YA II PN. The investment was structured as a senior promissory note and issued at an original withheld discount of 5%, with an annual interest rate of 7%. The transaction also involves the issuance of warrants to the fund at an equal value to the promissory note. The London-listed critical and precious metals project developer earmarked the net proceeds of 3.7 million pounds for its gold projects in Africa and the Americas, with some of the funds to be used as additional working capital.
