04:44 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cash shell company Milton Capital (MII.L) signed an exclusivity agreement for the proposed acquisition of European private technology company Apostrophy. The company said Friday it requested a temporary suspension of its listing on the London stock exchange, which took effect the same day. Milton Capital cautioned that there is no assurance that the deal will be successfully carried out.
