Zhitong Finance App News, Guangshengtang (300436.SZ) announced that Fujian Guangsheng Zhonglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., an innovative pharmaceutical holding subsidiary of the company, is carrying out a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (GST-peak-triple) to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the triple full oral administration plan (GST-HG141+GST-HG131+ NAS nucleoside (acid)) in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (GST-Peak-Triple). The first trial participants were successfully enrolled and administered.
The joint plan is a trifecta full oral administration program. It was included in the “Pilot Project for Optimizing Clinical Trial Evaluation and Approval of Innovative Drugs” in March 2025. It is a key innovative drug with obvious clinical value supported by the entire national chain supporting the development of innovative drugs. The related sequential combination treatment plan was also selected for the “Prevention and Control of Emerging Outbreaks and Major Infectious Diseases” as a major national science and technology project for clinical treatment of hepatitis B in January 2026. The company plans to promote the three peak clinical studies of Peak-Triple (triple oral half-year course of treatment), Peak-Immune (one-year full oral course of treatment with immune consolidation), and Peak-Core (GST-HG141 single drug phase III phase III and two-year full oral expansion study) on the full oral treatment plan for functional cure of hepatitis B through different drug combinations and dosage courses to explore and verify the best full oral treatment for hepatitis B function through different drug combinations and dosage courses.
