08:31 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nivika Fastigheter (NIVI-B.ST) acquired new warehouse and light industrial assets in Sweden through three separate transactions for a total of 66 million kronor. The properties include Flahult 21:15 and 21:35 in Jönköping, and Filaren 23 and 24 in Halmstad, the real estate company said Friday. The assets have a total leasable area of 7,500 square meters and are fully let, generating an annual rental income of 5.6 million kronor.
