11:15 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Noba Bank Group (NOBA.ST) issued 350 million kronor of subordinated tier 2 notes, with settlement due Sept. 11, according to a Friday release. The notes have a tenor of 10.4 years, with a first call date option after 5.1 years, and a coupon of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 2.22%. The notes are slated for listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nordea and Danske Bank served as joint lead managers for the notes issue, which was carried out under the specialist bank's 10 billion-krona medium-term note program.
