02:40 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SigmaRoc (SRC.L) agreed to purchase Dolomitas, a dolomite production company based in Lithuania, for 110 million euros. The lime and minerals company will pay 90 million euros in cash and 20 million euros through an issue of 13,333,334 new shares, according to a Monday filing. A further 8 million euros will be paid for a non-core industrial section of land in Klaipėda for development into import and export of aggregates. SigmaRoc will fund the cash consideration from its existing resources.
