Corem Agrees to Sell Swedish Property for SEK160 Million

03:01 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corem Property Group (CORE-A.ST) agreed to sell its 9,600 square-meter Brevduvan 21 property in Linköping, Sweden, for an underlying property value of 160 million kronor. The property has an annual rental value of 16 million kronor and will be transferred to the buyer on Nov. 2, the real estate company said Monday.
