04:42 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Metrics (OMG.L) Chief Executive Officer Imogen O'Connor relinquished her position with immediate effect, citing health reasons, according to a Monday release. The smart sensing and measurement technology group named Stefan Lampa as its next CEO, effective from early December, pending regulatory due diligence and the right to work in the UK. Lampa last served in the same role at wearable scanner maker ProGlove. In the meantime, Nonexecutive Chair Gary Bullard will serve as CEO, while O'Connor will stay with the company until 2026-end to support the handover process.
