05:47 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Clariane (CLARI.PA) launched an offering of 500 million euros of senior notes due 2032 to refinance part of its debt. The French nursing homes operator intends to use the net proceeds to help repay a 350 million-euro term loan facility and a 150 million-euro real estate term loan facility, according to a Monday release. Clariane also secured a deal with its banking partners to replace its facilities agreement with a 700 million-euro revolving credit facility with a five-year term, subject to the completion of the offering.
