07:15 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) unveiled the first phase of the Sei Saadiyat project on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The real estate developer said Monday that the initial phase of the project, which will start selling on Sept. 16, will comprise two buildings with 265 residential units.
