11:26 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Xplore (FOX.L) signed a nonbinding, conditional heads of terms to purchase five greenfield gold exploration properties totaling 8,644 hectares in Canada. The deal involves the minerals exploration and development group's takeover of Nova Aurum Exploration and 1597320 B.C., the assets' direct and indirect owners, from Martlet Geoscience and Praetor Exploration, according to a Monday filing. The consideration includes a cash payment of 75,000 pounds sterling, another 50,000 pounds linked to milestones, and the issue of new ordinary shares.
