12:03 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pharma Equity Group (PEG.CO) said Monday that Interpatium - Promoção Imobiliária launched an appeal against the Danish Institute of Arbitrations' ruling in their case. Interpatium is challenging the June 12 arbitral award, including the payment of 10.5 million euros plus interest and costs to the pharmaceutical investor. The appeal was filed before the District Court of Helsingør in Denmark. Pharma Equity Group plans to continue enforcement measures for the award, noting that the start of the challenge proceedings does not suspend its enforceability.
