04:13 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Renalytix (RENX.L) said Tuesday it raised 380,142 pounds sterling through a retail offer at 0.06 pound per share. The precision medicine diagnostics company will issue 6,335,707 shares under the offer. Along with a previous placing and subscription, the company secured 10.5 million pounds, of which 3.9 million pounds is still subject to the approval of certain resolutions.
