04:44 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wallenstam (WALL-B.ST) leased its Polhemsplatsen 1 property in Gothenburg, Sweden, for Happy Days' new restaurant. The 250-square-meter restaurant will open in the summer of 2027, the property company said Tuesday.
