04:57 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Warburg Pincus said Tuesday it plans to take its majority-owned German-listed software developer PSI Software (PSAN.F) private through a delisting acquisition offer. Under the deal, Warburg Pincus unit Zest Bidco will acquire all PSI Software shares at a cash consideration equal to the company's weighted average domestic stock exchange price over the past six months. The delisting offer, backed by both PSI's management and supervisory boards, is part of the October 2025 investment deal between the company, Warburg Pincus and E.ON (EOAN.F). The acceptance period will run for four weeks.
