04:56 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gigasun (GIGA.ST) is planning a 102 million-krona rights issue alongside a conditional set-off offer targeting holders of its SOLT4 bond, according to a Tuesday release. Shareholders on record as of Sept. 15 will receive 10 subscription rights per share held, with seven subscription rights needed to subscribe for one new share at 1.25 kronor each. The subscription period runs from Sept. 17 to Oct. 1. The solar energy company said proceeds will strengthen its financial position and support its solar business in China. Separately, SOLT4 holders can subscribe for new shares at 1.25 kronor through Oct. 12, with 70 million kronor outstanding on the bond.
