06:11 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission on Tuesday cleared the planned joint acquisition of a logistics property in Hamburg, Germany, by US-based Prologis (0KOD.L) and Norway's NBIM Nerva. The property is owned by Grundbesitz Spectrum. The regulator concluded that the deal, which mainly covers the operation and management of industrial real estate, would not raise competition concerns.
