CICC (03908) plans to issue no more than 6 billion yuan of corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CICC (03908) announced that China International Finance Corporation will publicly issue corporate bonds (sixth issue) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) to professional investors in 2026 as the first issue under registration documents. The current bond is divided into two types. Type 1 is abbreviated as “26 Medium Gold 11”, and variety 2 is abbreviated as “26 Medium Gold 12”. Among them, the amount issued for Type 1 is not more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the amount issued for Type 2 is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); and the total issuance amount for Type 1 and Type 2 bonds does not exceed 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan). Each sheet has a face value of 100 yuan, and the distribution price is 100 yuan/sheet.

The coupon interest rate inquiry range for type 1 bonds is 1.10% to 2.10% (including upper and lower limits), and the coupon interest rate inquiry range for type 2 bonds is 1.20% to 2.20% (including upper and lower limits). The coupon interest rate for this issue will be determined by the issuer and lead underwriter using bookkeeping and filing within the interest rate inquiry range in accordance with relevant national regulations based on the results of the offline inquiry bookkeeping.
