10:13 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tången Industrikapital (TANGEN-B.ST) on Tuesday acquired a 75% stake in Swedish survey company i Institutet för kvalitetsindikatorer Fenix, or Indikator. The remaining 25% stake will be held by Indikator's key employees, according to a same-day release. The new unit will be integrated into the industrial group's Service Solutions business area. Tången noted that Indikator has a turnover of over 60 million kronor and a track record of good profitability.
