12:12 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Clariane (CLARI.PA) will settle its offering of 500 million euros of unsecured senior notes due 2032 on Sept. 21, 2026, subject to customary conditions. The notes bear interest of 6.875% per annum, the French nursing homes operator said Tuesday. The net proceeds will be used to fully repay and cancel a real estate term loan facility of 150 million euros and cover expenses for the notes offering. In addition, the company expects to sign a 700 million-euro unsecured revolving credit facility agreement with its banking partners at or around the settlement date of the notes offering. The five-year facility carries a floating rate of Euribor plus a margin of 1.75% to 3.50% and is earmarked for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and refinancing of existing debt.
