12:16 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Conduit Holdings (CRE.L) appointed Christian Dunleavy as chief executive officer to succeed Neil Eckert, who will step down, effective March 1, 2027. Dunleavy joins the London-listed parent company from Aspen Insurance Holdings, where he served as director and group president and CEO of Aspen Bermuda Ltd., according to a Tuesday filing.
