12:45 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kazera Global (KZG.L) raised 500,000 pounds sterling from the issuance of 25 million shares, according to a Tuesday filing. The investment company raised 250,000 pounds from the placement of 12.5 million new shares and the same amount from subscriptions. The company earmarked the funds for the fortification of its balance sheet and for future investments. With the completion of the fundraise, Kazera shares will return to trading on the London bourse from 7:30 am local time on Wednesday.
