01:42 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Qassim Cement (SASE:3040) agreed to acquire ready-mix concrete manufacturer A-Mix Co. for 65 million Saudi riyals. The cement producer will pay the purchase price in three installments, using its existing credit facilities, according to a Wednesday release. The deal remains subject to regulatory clearances and other closing conditions.
