Inditex Logs Rise in Fiscal H1 Attributable Profit, Net Sales

01:55 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Industria de Diseño Textil (ITX.MC), d/b/a Inditex, said Wednesday its attributable profit and net sales for the fiscal first half rose year over year. Net profit attributable to the parent for the six months ended July 31 was 2.98 billion euros, compared with 2.79 billion euros earlier. EPS moved to 0.956 euro from 0.896 euro. The Spanish clothing company's net sales were 19.76 billion euros, compared with 18.36 billion euros a year ago. Meanwhile, the board will pay a final dividend of 0.875 euro per share for fiscal 2025 on Nov. 2, 2026. It paid 0.84 euro per share a year ago. For fiscal 2026, the company still expects a 1% negative currency impact on sales at current exchange rates.
