02:37 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Acroud (ACROUD.ST) said Wednesday it withdrew its plans to amend an intercreditor agreement under its outstanding bond loan 2025/2028 after failing to secure sufficient bondholder support. The iGaming affiliate company initiated a written procedure for the proposed amendments in August. However, it decided to withdraw the written procedure after receiving "diverging views among the broader bondholder base."
