05:04 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Home REIT (HOME.L) completed the sale of the four remaining properties in its portfolio, paving the way toward the planned voluntary liquidation of its subsidiaries. The sale generated gross proceeds of 809,777 pounds sterling, according to a Wednesday release. Following completion of the property sales, the company will now start the process of liquidating subsidiaries Home Holdings 1, Home Holdings 2, Home Holdings 3, and Home Holdings 4. Home REIT said the eventual liquidation will allow the company to advance plans for a potential return of capital to shareholders.
