05:39 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mutares (MUX.F) finalized the sale of portfolio company NEM Energy Group to Hyundai Heavy Industries Power Systems, a unit of South Korea-listed MiCo. The German private equity holding company acquired the Dutch heat transfer technology specialist from Siemens Energy (ENR.F) in December 2022, according to a Wednesday release.
