05:49 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Goodwin (GDWN.L) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Adam Deeth will leave the company, subject to the completion of the partial sale of its mechanical engineering business. The London-listed engineering group said it has already started the search for Deeth's potential successor following its signing of the deal. Completion of the sale is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
