Switzerland Issues CHF369 Million of Confederation Bonds

05:56 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Swiss Confederation sold two series of bonds totaling 368.6 million francs in a reopening, excluding own holdings, according to a Wednesday release. The government issued a 0.875% bond worth 161.2 million francs maturing June 24, 2041, and a 0.5% bond amounting to 207.4 million francs due May 30, 2058. Settlement is scheduled for Sept. 23, 2026.
