07:13 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AddLife (ALIF-B.ST) completed the acquisition of Portugal-based analytical laboratory equipment distributor Unicam Sistemas Analíticos. The medical technology company said Wednesday it will integrate Unicam Sistemas into its labtech business area, but it will continue to operate under its own brand. The company expects the transaction to have a marginal positive impact on its EPS in 2026.
