07:57 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Drake & Scull International (DFM:DSI) secured a 127.8 million-Emirati-dirham contract to develop Berkeley Square, a residential project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The contract was awarded by Prestige One, the engineering and development group said Wednesday. Development is expected to start immediately following finalization of the definitive contracts.
