Newcleo Ltd. ("newcleo" or the "Company"), a pioneer in advanced modular reactor ("AMR") technology and nuclear fuel manufacturing, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Lyash as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective upon the close of the previously announced business combination with NewHold Investment Corp. III (NASDAQ:NHIC). The combined company is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol "NWCL" following an anticipated transaction close in the second half of 2026.
