08:49 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lansdowne Resources (LRES.L) unveiled board and executive changes, which include Nonexecutive Chairman Jeffrey Auld's resignation. The oil and gas exploration and appraisal company disclosed on Wednesday that Nonexecutive Director Luis Azevedo will take over as interim chairman to succeed Auld. Additionally, the company noted that Chief Executive Officer Stephen Boldy will step down from the role to take a nonexecutive director position in the company.
